TODD OHMAN, B.Sc.
Executive Vice President
As EVP, Todd is responsible for the overall direction of Cogsdale, including Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Professional Services, and Support. Todd's leadership role focuses on expanding market share as well as offering superior customer service.
Todd brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector, including his most recent role as Vice President of Client Support for Cogsdale. Prior to joining Cogsdale, Todd served in several leadership roles including Customer Operations Leader for Canada, Director of Services, and Director of Global Hardware Support with GENBAND (now Ribbon Communications), where he was instrumental in evolving the company’s maintenance and support business to a world-class level.

ARUN ANANDHAN, B.E.
Vice President, Research & Development
Arun has over 24 years of demonstrated experience in software engineering and technology consulting in the financial and utility market space. Since joining Cogsdale in 2008, Arun has led multiple product development teams with responsibilities including product management, client engagement, and innovation initiatives. Prior to joining Cogsdale, Arun held key product and project management roles with one of the big 5 consulting companies in the US. His leadership approach combined with his passion for innovation will drive continuous improvements across products, customer experience, and overall quality. Arun received his Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science from Bharathiar University in India.

MAUREEN RUSSOLO, CCXP
Vice President, Customer Experience
Maureen is a collaborative and experienced executive with 20+ years of Leadership experience in various roles spanning the areas of Operations Management, Customer Experience Management and Business Strategy and Transformation. Additionally, Maureen has deep ‘meter to cash’ Utility experience and is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and Certified Change Management Professional. As the Vice President, Customer Experience, Maureen enables strong continuity between the customer facing departments of Professional Services and Customer Support.
