City of Bloomington, MN Goes Live with Cogsdale CSM Feb 22, 2010 Charlottetown PE - Cogsdale Corporation is pleased to announce that the City of Bloomington, MN went live in 2009 with Cogsdale Customer Service Management, marking the third customer implementation in Minnesota for Cogsdale. Cogsdale CSM is utilized for the City's Public Works Department for Utility Billing, Customer Service Management, and Service Orders. With a population of approximately 85,000, the City of Bloomington is the 4th largest city in the state of Minnesota. Only 10 miles south of Minneapolis, Bloomington is home to a thriving economy. This will enable the City's residents to view online bills, make payments 24x7, view and analyze transactions and consumption usage. Making the utility account accessible directly to the customer will allow them to find answers to their questions when it is convenient and not just during normal business hours. Cogsdale Maintenance Management, for additional work order and maintenance programs such as Backflow Maintenance, is also scheduled for installation at the City.
