Cogsdale Corporation is a privately-owned corporation. Every member of Cogsdale Corporation’s management team is intimately involved with the daily operation of the company.
Duncan Shaw
Co-President
As Co-President of Cogsdale Corporation, Duncan works with new and existing Cogsdale clients to assess their business system needs and identify appropriate solutions. With over a decade of experience in financial and customer care systems, Duncan has a clear appreciation of the complex issues facing utilities and local governments and the best practices employed to address these issues. Duncan holds both a Certified Management Accountant designation and an MBA.
David Perry
Co-President
David is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours). In his role as Co-President with Cogsdale Corporation David is involved in all aspects of the company. David works with our development and technical support teams in the enhancement of the current software as well as the development of new modules.
Darren MacKay
Vice President, Professional Services
As a senior member of the Cogsdale team, Darren is responsible for the implementation and support components as well as the ongoing relationship with our larger clients. Darren’s background provides him practical management experience with advanced technical skills, allowing him to work with our clients in maximizing their return on investment in information systems. Darren currently manages or Professional Service team and is involved in every new implementation.
Kelly Dawson
Vice President, Product Development
In her role as Product Manager, Kelly has made great contributions to the recent upgrade of the CSM interface and the overall improvement of the development process. Her role of VP, Product Development involves managing the day-to-day activities of the development, quality assurance and technical support staff. Kelly is also responsible for product deliverables and direction. Prior to her role at Cogsdale, Kelly held senior management positions at an IT firm, with responsibility for a variety of consulting and development projects.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Computer Science and Business Administration, as well as an MBA, both from Saint Mary’s University.
Kevin Clancey
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Kevin began his career with Cogsdale as an Account Executive focusing on the Southeast market with great success. Kevin was instrumental in adding a number of clients including; Newnan Utilities, Kissimmee Utilities Authority, Pasco County and St. Johns County, to Cogsdale’s client list. As VP, Sales and Marketing, Kevin assumed responsibility for revenue and customer management acquisition targets. Prior to joining Cogsdale, Kevin spent nine years with a major communications company in a variety of financial management roles. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Prince Edward Island and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University.
