Support Technician

Description of Duties:
The Support Technician will be part of our help desk team that serves the ongoing technical support needs of Cogsdale's customers. Working with customers across North America and internationally, the Support Technician will solve customer problems, address technical issues and answer functional questions. An ideal background for this position would combine training in business and computer technology with a desire to serve customer needs.
