Terry is joining Cogsdale as our new Executive Vice President and comes to Cogsdale with over 10 years of experience working with other Harris Business Units including Cayenta (Application Consultant), NorthStar (Director of Services), and most recently Advanced (VP of Business Operations). Prior to that, Terry spent 5 years as the Assistant VP of Client Services with Peterborough Utilities Services, managing billing systems operation, deregulated electricity market operations, and regulatory affairs. During his time at Harris, Terry has significantly contributed to the overall success of each Business Unit by helping them streamline business processes, build cohesive high performance teams, develop stronger customer partnerships, and achieve operational efficiencies. As Executive Vice President, Terry will have direct responsibility for the strategic direction of Cogsdale’s products and services while developing long term partnerships with new and existing clients.
Cameron Mahbubian – Vice President, Research, Development & Support Services
Cameron has 20+ years of experience in the high-tech and utilities industry. Prior to joining Cogsdale, Cameron held various other executive and managerial roles for several award winning companies and consulted for many reputed organizations including Fortune 500s. Thanks to his strong software development/engineering background, Cameron has been instrumental in the design, creation, and innovation of numerous applications currently being used by cities, utilities, universities, pharmaceutical companies, oil & gas entities, and de-regulated competitive retailers in both the power & gas sectors. In addition to having been published in magazines and books, Cameron also plays an active role in the high-tech conference circuit and has presented at several world renowned conferences. In his role as our VP of R&D and Support Services, Cameron will preside over our R&D Department (responsible for the development, maintenance, and roadmap of our existing product suite and the strategic creation of upcoming ones), our Support Department (responsible for the delivery of support services to our entire partner-base), and the Client Development portion of our Professional Services Department (responsible for the successful deployment of all client services projects that require development).
Kelli has been a member of the Cogsdale Team since 1999 and originally joined Cogsdale as a Support Analyst and Network Administrator. Over the last 13 years, Kelli has been involved with different aspects of Cogsdale’s organization including Professional Services where she was responsible for implementing new and upcoming technologies in the existing client base. In 2012, Kelli was appointed the Director of Support and is responsible for the delivery of support services for clients and the mentoring of all Cogsdale support staff. Kelli has led a joint effort to create the immediate and long term strategic plan to align, adjust, and heighten customer support practices. Kelli’s belief in working together is the key to her success and has helped her develop strong relationships with the employees and clients at Cogsdale. Based out of Charlottetown, Kelli holds a Diploma in Network Administration, MCSE certification and holds the ITIL Foundation Certification.
Kirk Crowder - Director, Client Services
Kirk joined the Cogsdale team in May of 2009 as a Senior Consultant where he was responsible for various system consultation activities on various international IT projects, encompassing multiple systems and processes. In January of 2013, Kirk took the reins as Cogsdale’s Manager of Consulting Services and mentored a team of 15 consultants, ensuring products and services were delivered successfully and consistently. Kirk then moved into the role of Director of Professional Services after gaining extensive insight into Cogsdale’s Professional Services and Business Development models. Kirk was recently named Director of Client Services. Kirk and his team will focus on the needs of existing clients.
Dana Lendorf-McCarthy – Director, Professional Services
Dana joined the Cogsdale team in July 2016 and currently holds the position of Director, Professional Services. Prior to joining Cogsdale, Dana led Operations and Client Experience efforts within Hudson Energy’s C&I division for 4 years. In addition, she has an extensive background in Telecommunications where she held various positions in Marketing, Operations, Strategic Planning & Communications. Dana’s focus at Cogsdale will be to mentor the Project Management and Consultant teams on; methodology, financial performance, service quality & delivery and continuous improvement efforts.
